At Sellables, we offer a range of premium services designed to enhance your listings and increase visibility. This Billing Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments for these services.

1. Premium Services Overview

Sellables provides premium services such as Boost Plans and Top Ads Promo packages to promote your listings and attract more users.

• Boost Plans: Elevate your listings above standard free offers, increasing their visibility across various pages.
• Top Ads Promo: Place your listings in a separate block above regular announcements for maximum exposure.

2. Ordering Premium Services

• Website: Visit https://sellables.com.ng/premium-service or select a preferred premium service while creating a listing.
• Mobile App: Navigate to the "Premium Services" section in your profile or choose a preferred premium service while creating a listing.

3. Payment Methods

• Card Payments: Debit or credit cards.
• Bank Transfers / eWallets: Supported online payment processors.

All payment information is securely processed through certified online payment gateways.

4. Changes to Services and Fees

Sellables reserves the right to modify the features and types of premium services, fees, and acceptable payment methods at its sole discretion and for any reason.

5. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of applicable law, fees paid for premium services are non-refundable due to the online nature of the services. No prorated refunds will be issued if your listing violates our Terms of Use and is removed from the platform or if you deactivate a listing yourself.

6. Service Validity Period

• Top Ads Promo Package: Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If unused during this period, the package expires without entitlement to a refund, compensation, or replacement.
• Premium Services: Not subscription-based. You must manually renew their validity period each time you need them.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Sellables does not guarantee specific results from premium services and will not be held liable if they do not meet your expectations.

8. Credits System

• Purchasing Credits: You can purchase credits on the platform, where 1 Credit equals 1 Nigerian Naira.
• Usage: Credits must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, they will expire.
• Non-Monetary Value: Credits have no monetary value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged.
• Account Suspension: All credits may be forfeited if your account is suspended or terminated for any reason, including inactivity for one year, violation of terms, suspected fraud or misuse, or other unlawful activities.

9. Account Closure

You will not receive money or other compensation for unused credits when your account is closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
